All I can say is this place seemed like I was being processed through through a standard series of questions and techniques with little attention to my needs as an individual or unique circumstances. I know that you have to start somewhere, such as with the basics, but fifteen weeks in, nothing was getting better for me and it was because we weren't getting to the actual problem(s).
