She is the absolute worst medical practitioner I’ve ever seen. Rude, unprofessional, and uncaring. Stay away, Blount County!
Very condescending and has selective hearing. If she wants to build a practice, she should relate better without her superior attitude.
My experience: To start she was about 20 minutes late, which normally isn't a big deal, it's a doctor's office after all, but when she did arrive my wife and I were seriously put off by her. She comes off as aloof and condescending, choosing to focus on some symptoms and not on others. My wife has had severe stomach pain consistently for the past few months and has been keeping a detailed list of symptoms to make miss sturgeons life easier, but miss spurgeon didn't want to hear it, "There are a lot of other patients here". She is just completely awful. Avoid. I experienced everything the other 1 star review users experienced. Rude, extremely condescending and could care less about you.
