Dr Sartori was the pediatrician on call when my son was born. He was extremely professional, kind, and has a great amount of empathy. I am very comfortable with him seeing my son and knowing that he’s going to make the best medical decisions for my son’s care. Being a mom of a premature baby the doctor always listens and gives great advice. Highly recommend him.
We have been seeing Dr. Sartori since my daughter was about 4 months old ( we did not care for her first pediatrician ). I leave each appt happy and stress free ( which is big for me haha ) he answers all my questions, listens to my concerns, gives honest and relatable advice from one parent to another, but still keeps it professional as your babies doctor. Love our pediatrician, Carl Satori. We have never had an issue with him. The only negative thing I have to say about this office, is their receptionists. I get the front office is busy, and medical assistants are busy, but to not answer your phone for three days straight is so unprofessional and rude. Maybe look for better staff up front, especially at a pediatric office…
Loved my sons pediatrician at first untill his last visit I took my 5 month old son in for runny nose and coughing dr Carl first stated that my son had a double ear infection and needed medicine and then my son tested positive for Covid and he said that was the reason for his ear aches never pre scribed medicine and escorted us out of the building so I was left not knowing if my son had an ear infection that needed to be treated or not I took him to his new pediatrician and he did have an ear infection in one ear and fluid i... read more
He's very caring and gives pointers for me being a first time mom. And he's understanding when I have requests from the nurse. He makes sure to tell me none of my questions are stupid and makes sure to answer all my questions. The nurse Vanessa lately has been very sweet and kind and listening to my requests. I couldn't ask for a better team for my kids. I can be a very testy mom and they handle me with great care and kindness. Thank you.
