I've used Carl for repairs on an IPhone, laptop and home computer. Very prompt great communicator and very professional. If you don't use Carl, you may be using the wrong computer/electronic repair service.
I don't give these 5 stars lightly! Carl is a great guy, and does a great job! We use his services for our home computers, phones and our business computers. He will come to you business or residence and fix whatever is wrong. (Once all he did was touch the computer and it was fixed :)). And he never makes me feel silly about not knowing anything!! I wouldn't trade Carl as my computer guy for anyone!
