Dr. McMillan has an admirable ethos with regards to holistic dentistry, but his bedside manner is atrocious. I can't recommend taking a child to see him, as he was impatient and rude with my son. It's a shame that the kindness at the root of his overall approach to health isn't manifested in his individual interactions. His work might be fine, but the negative experience isn't worth it. Look elsewhere.
We have been seeing Dr. McMillan for 5 years now. I believe he is very thorough and does his utmost to make sure his patients are informed about their options and risks of any procedures. I think he is honest, good at what he does and that he and his staff are extremely pleasant.
