Terrible, Been with this company for 9 years, this year has been the worst! I was having my heating oil coming out of the Cheverly branch. For 3 days straight they said I was scheduled for Oil delivery on all three days, however when I could get a hold of them, they assurred me that the delivery was scheduled on all three days, Never have received any oil delivery! I have been a customer of Griffith Energy Services for many years. Up until recently I have been satisfied with their service. Recently I was without heat for 11 days after I made my initial call to tell them my furnace was down and I needed a technician to come out to check it. The person that answered the phone insisted that the problem was that I needed oil. I told her I didn't need oil. I had just checked the gauge on my tank and it indicated it was 3/4 full plus the tank had just been filled a month prior to this call. ... read more
