Just horrible. I can't explain enough how upset I am about the service. I paid thousands of dollars to get air-conditioning and heating installed. One of the systems does not work. I have called many times. Either I get someone and they can't help or no one answers the phone. They had someone come out and they said they need to get a part from the warehouse. I have been a customer for over 25 years. Over the past couple of years I have noticed that the response and customer service has suffered. I thought perhaps it was the pandemic. However, early this year they claimed to have delivered oil, which I dispute. We have not used the furnace. We have been using the heat pump all winter long. They claimed to have filled up the tank in January with 20 gallons, then one month later they claim to have delivered 80 gallons. We have been a Griffith customer for decades. We have automatic delivery, a price protection agreement ($3.19/gallon) and a service contract. We have had no problems with this company previously. They installed all the heating and air conditioning equipment and a new oil tank. On 1/22/22 morning we had no heat and discovered that the oil tank was empty. If I could supply 0 stars I would. Griffith came to my home on 1/11/2022 due to a heating issue we are experiencing. They determined my compressor was bad and did not communicate with me for 2 weeks knowing we were without heat. I called over 5 times to try to receive an update and received a run around every single time, never actually speaking with a technician. Not once did they call me to give me an update. I called 11/22/21 for no heat and someone came out on 11/23/21 said the problem was fixed. Heat went out again on 11/27/21 and i called on 11/28/21 was told someone would be out 11/29/21 in the morning. I had a relative sit in that cold house for 7 hours and every time i called i was next in line then someone will be there before noon then early afternoon then by 400pm. I have been trying to get a oil delivery for over 3 weeks now . I called them again on Saturday and was told I would get a call on Monday morning but didn't . So I called them that afternoon and was told they should be there and again on Tuesday and Wednesday the same . Wednesday when I spoke with the office she assured it would be here and now it is Thursday . I purchased a new Heat Pump Cooling and Heating system. Back in June of 2017. Since that time I have had to have service done on my unit one year later and every season thereafter. The heat would not produce heat and the A.C would not produce the cool air that it should. I have a total of 6 + visits to my home to have the unit serviced sine purchased. I've been with Griffith Energy for 20+years. Prices went up over 5 dollars a gallon for propane. I switched to another company, that was half that price. Called to have tank pick up. Waited 1 month , called to see why hasn't been picked up. Griffith will pick up next day. Going to charge $76.00. To pick up their tank. I feel they are charging way to much if other companies can charge half their price. Very disappointed

This company is the worst company, bar none! Don't believe them I am 76 years old. Handicapped. I have lived in my home since 1969. It is in DC. FOR THE FIRST 40 years of delivery all the small companies which Griffith bought out did a fine job. Since Griffith gobbled them up they r the worst. I would have better luck with accountability if I had to call the Federal Government. Griffith lies. Their driver was supposed to come on Friday. Came.
