0 Stars. Went in for a complimentary consultation and the good Dr ended up billing my insurance for $265. I allowed him to take one X-Ray and he ended up billing for a slew of Xrays as well as panaramic Xrays that he never took. I wrote the insurance company with my concerns. My advice is be very careful if you go here but I will be going elsewhwere for sure. This guy is a crook!
Scheduling wasn't as difficult as other offices. It is worth it. It is less expensive than other dentists. Most insurances are accepted as well. Receptionists are so nice and very efficient.
I'm almost done with my Invisalign and I am so happy with the results. Appointments have been a breeze and I never have to wait to see the Carl Henley or spend hours in the chair. The staff is all very nice and understanding. I'm not one of those people who hates the dentist but they are so caring and sweet that if you are freaked out anywhere near your face, they will work with you.
I would not visit another dentist. He is professional, thorough, has state of the art equipment. He truly is the best not only in the Chicago metropolitan area, one of the best in the country. His staff is extremely pleasant.
Dr. Henley is fantastic! I've been a patient since March, for Invisalign. Dr. Henley has been happy to work around my schedule, and I've gotten great results. He has always been willing to listen to what I want and figure out the best way to get those results. I couldn't recommend him enough!
I have had a phobia of dentists for a very long time and have neglected going. But Dr. Henley and his staff have been amazing in their service and I wanted them to know how much i appreciate them!!! Thank you so much for being who you are and taking care of me. And I travel over an hour to get to you but it's worth it to me!!!
I have never experienced dental care like this. The environment is calm and relaxed, the staff are courteous and friendly. I always get the sense, whatever treatment I happen to be having, that I am in the hands of the very best dental experts. Thank you Dr. Henley!!
Dr Henley has very modern equipment and the interior of the office is nicely designed...very comfortable. I have been going to Dr Henley for about a year and I feel he is attentive, listens, and performs very good work. Overall, I am quite happy. I would recommend him to others.
Much thanks to Dr. Henley & his dental tech, Kosha & all the other kind, helpful staff of Center for Dentistry that help get me through removing a really huge molar that has been giving me problems, after a root canal from another dentist, over 8yrs ago..Don't think it could of happened for me any place else...As I complained to that particular dentist, an o r a l surgeon & still other dentists about the tooth hurting...
