Dr. Carlino is and his staff are very courteous and thorough. They take the time to explain the tests and results in an understandable way.
My experience with my visit to see Dr. Carlino was very informative and helpful. The doctor displayed a high standard of expertise and great understanding of my health and what I needed to help me to be as healthy as possible. I have never been to a doctor that makes me feel like I am really important and listens to and answers all my questions (not matter how silly) in words that I can understand. Dr. Carlino and his nurses are very careing and put me at ease when doing tests or talking about a new or ongoing problem.
I have had nothing but positive experiences since choosing Dr. Carlino as my cardiologist. I recommend him without reservation. The entire staff is friendly and professional.
Dr. Carlino takes time to listen to my concerns. I have been a patient for several years after a horrific health incident. He and Austin Heart have stood beside me throughout the ordeal and continue to provide excellent care. The office staff is SO NICE and accommodating, as well.
Dr. Carlino is an outstanding physician. Dr.Carino is an Excellent doctor. I went to him for a second opinion and so glad I did. He listened to all my concerns and ran additional tests. He didn’t dismiss me and made me feel like he truly cared about me as a patient. His staff is also great and very efficient too.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Carlino for several years now and love him, his no-nonsense style and caring attitude.
Dr. Carlino was very detailed on explaining what he saw from my tests. He assured me about the upcoming tests I will go through and at the same time eased my concerns. I was supplied not only with my health info, everything was scheduled for me with details of each test. I believe it's important to have this info and not left in the dark!
