Very caring person. Easy to talk to. Does not tell you what to but makes suggestions that make you do what he says.
When dealing with a cardiologist, information is every bit as important as prescribed drugs. Dr Carlino takes the time to learn whats going on and to answer the questions that helps dealing with one's health get better results.
Office staff is very responsive and helpful. I am always greeted upon arrival and taken to the exam room on a timely basis. Dr. Caroline has been right on time for my last 5 visits and is always prepared for my appointment. This visit I was introduced to his PA who was very thorough in her exam of me. Dr. Carlino followed her with his own exam and reviewed my lab tests with me. Dr.Carlino works with his patients to get them the best medical care and treatment.
Dr. Carlino is a very professional and thorough cardiologist. He takes the time to to actually talk to his patients and find out what their health status and concerns are. Myself, my mother, my father, and now my husband are very confident in his professional decisions regarding our care. I would highly recommend this skilled physician to anyone.
Dr Carlino and his Staff make medical appointments a pleasant experience. Very friendly and professional service is normal routine for them. I highly recommend Dr Carlino.
Caring cardiologist, good at translating medical terms into plain English. My only concern is whether he saw my EKG from 10/6 in the ER?
Dr Carlino is an excellent cardiologist. He listens to his patients and spend enough time with each one so that you do not feel like he can'tHe wait to get to the next person. He is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. I would highly recommend him to anyone without reservation.
From the moment I stepped into their office I felt accepted and valued as a client. The entire office staff and nurses went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Carlino has a very good bedside manner even though I wasn't in a bed. He talked to me like an old friend and if I didn't understand something he took the time to explain it to me. I felt like he truly had my best health as a priority. I'd recommend Austin Heart to everyone.
They are hands on and help understand what is going on with the health of your heart and vascular system. I am very pleased that I am there patient.
