Everything about the visit was great from the moment I was greeted entering the office to the check in and a very short wait. Dr. Carlino and Hetal Rathod were both friendly and answered all om my questions. Very professional and made me feel very comfortable. They make going actually a pleasure.
I have been under the care of Dr Carlino for the past five years. Very professional and informative. Always takes time to ask/answer questions and easy to contact when necessary between visits. His staff is great also. All of my office appointments have been on time.
Dr. Carlino has been my heart doctor for six years and I highly recommend him to everyone. He is thorough with his exams, testing, he listens to concerns and answering any questions you have.
This was an annual check up. The doctor ran 20 minutes late. Dr. Carlino is a very attentive doctor. He listens to my concerns and makes sure he addresses all my questions, taking time to explain what he wants to do and why. He puts me at ease; I feel I can trust him to make informed, knowledgeable decisions about my care.
Very organized and thought out by Dr Carlino and staff
I was really impressed with Dr. Carlino and the entire office staff. Dr. Carlino was on time for the appointment and I did not have to wait past my scheduled time (when does that happen?) and he took time understanding my situation and my concerns. The tests that were ordered were all scheduled before I left the office as well. I felt the entire experience had the patient's best interest at heart. I definitely recommend Dr. Carlino.
It is not easy dealing with health issues at most levels. But heart issues can be more stressful and daunting to those who have not experienced them before. Dealing with Dr. Carlino and his well trained and caring team, is the Gold standard as far as I am concerned when it comes to patient care. He and his staff are professional in all aspects and ease my anxiety and answer all questions with easy to understand answers.
Dr. Carlino, his nurses and office staff are the greatest to work with. They are always happy to see you, always professional and always respond to your office visits in a timely manner. Dr. Carlino and his staff are the best!
Dr. Carlino is a wonderful doctor. Explains things and is so very nice. He makes you feel comfortable and takes time to answer your questions. I’m so glad I went to him . His office staff are great as well.
