Saying that you really like the doctor who performs your colonoscopy is a little like saying that you really love having a root canal done. But Dr. Calandra's friendly manner and professional competence make a visit a much less stressful procedure. He has performed two of these procedures on me, and is the only doctor I trust for this.
I have been seeing Dr. Calandra for many years and would never consider seeing another gastrointestinal doctor for my endoscopy and colonoscopy. He’s the best!
Dr Calandra took time to answer all questions and knew of my history so I had confidence in what we talked about and suggestions made regarding treatment.
My visit went well Dr.Calandra explained every thing to me very clearly leaving me at ease.

First colonoscopy was a success. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Dr. calandra and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made my experience a pleasant one. Would definitely recommend. Also, the hospital was very clean and staff kind.
Gave me a possible diagnosis for my diarrhea and walked me down to the scheduler. Seemed very down to earth.
