Highly recommend them there real quick and friendly go to them if you need a car they deal with every issue you have and 9/10 you will drive off with a car that day if you have the money

Had a great experience!! My sales person Lori was amazing as was the rest of their team. Quick, easy process got a great deal with jo hassle. We will be return customers for sure.
The worst experience the place is a freak show after 30+ days still don't have tags NEVER MET SO MANY LIARS IN ALL MY LIFE IN ONE PLACE not to mention one employee smelt like hard liqour through the entire ordeal they had me back date papers messed up they just lie on top of lies and tell you can have a refund then NEVER GIVE IT TO YOU so your stuck with dealing with a company that has drunks for emplyees
So I had an extremely bad experience with Carite when I bought my car. The manager and assistant manager were garbage. To make a long story short I bought the car in Feb 2017 and just got current tags for my car in July or Aug. I went back in July or August and spoke with Will and the new young lady in the back. (Sorry I forgot her name). They were both very professional and I got my tag the very next day. I appreciate the two new managers there for getting my issued resolved in one day when I had been waiting for months.
What a wonderful car buying experience today at CARite of Memphis.My guide Carlton Watson went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of my 2015 Ford .Everyone at CARite was very professional and polite.I will refer all of my friends and family to come see Carlton Watson at CARite he will treat you Rite!!!!
SO I'M TOTALLY PLEASED!!!!! After a month of frustration, I drove onto the Memphis Lot and was instantly greeted by Carlton Watson. He didn't waste any time asking what my desires were and making sure that I was highly pleased. After getting denied from everywhere else that I had been, Carlton had me a approved for my new 2015 in less than an hour. From the customer service to the cleanliness of the vehicle, I will rate this company 5 STARS!!!! I recommend everyone to come see Carlton Watson!!! They do give second chances!!!... read more
