They were pretty fast on the return call and message. Haven’t dealt with them on the vehicle yet

the picture they show is wrong. they said it is a red car and the picture they posted is yellow. they sold the car or got rid of it right away before they replied to me.
Dealer did not respond to my offer of the vehicle but I was contacted initially.

Carite listed a minivan as "non-smoking." We went through the process of getting them all the paperwork where the dealer was very helpful, then proceeded to drive all the way from Detroit to Grand Ledge to get it. My wife and kids were excited. Immediately when we opened the door of the van...the smell of cigarette smoke. We didn't buy it. I would recommend that the dealer not mislead buyers with inaccurate listings and would recommend that buyers be aware.
Sales person and management was not very professional acted like I didn't matter and they did not really want to work at all with me
Very nice and not pushy.
