I bought a 2010 Chevy Silverado from these folks back in Dec 2017. John convinced me that it was a good idea to get the extended warranty. Cause if anything, when I sell or trade the vehicle I could get refunded for any unused portion of the warranty. Well come Oct 2019 I take paperwork(trade in info on Chevy and new vehicle info) to their office for them to initiate the refund process. RecommendedGotta give a shot out to the salesman who helped us, Columbus. Even though his name is an Ohio city👎🏼 (GO BLUE!) he was really down to earth and NOT pushy at all. I am one who gets extremely irritated with pushy sales people and he was the exact opposite. He was extremely patient and helpful as we came about 4 different times to look at, ask questions about and test drive different cars before we purchased.
