We purchased a vehicle for our son in September 2019. The key fob battery had died the day we were to pick it up, so they replaced the battery which caused programming issues. Their salesman Joe promised us that they would get us an appointment to have the fob reprogrammed and pick up the second spare key. We called numerous times and also took the vehicle back to them 3 times with no success in having this issue taken care of.
