Paul was recommended by family for my ongoing shoulder and lower back pain, and I was really impressed with the treatment. The initial session identified my problem areas and even found areas that I didn't realise were affected. After only one session there was a noticeable difference in my musle pain, and I was given simple exercises to help maintain this. Paul was recommended to me by family and finally had the chance to see him a few weeks ago. The initial session started with an assessment and discussion about my problem areas. He then teaches easy to do stretches for you to do at home. He then proceeds to give the most excellent remedial massage and his experience really shows as he is constantly identifying the areas that need attention and focuses on them. I have been suffering from low back pains, pain in my knees & thighs for months and it's getting worse.
