I Hardly ever do reviews BUT, Caritas Hospice is one of the most dependable hospice care providers in the Area. Their Community Liasion, Mackenzie, is especially caring and supportive. Grateful for the work they do for families in our community.
The care and compassion this entire hospice team provides is truly unmatched. 10/10 recommend!
We did not have a positive experience with Caritas Hospice! There were definitely a few kind people who worked there, but overall a negative experience. I had let the team know in a mtg at the assisted living where my Dad lived after he’d come back from the hospital that we’d had a negative experience with a different Hospice group in Tennessee when my Mother passed away. Wonderful staff, support, and caring individuals. They ensure that your family will feel comforted and cared for in the most important parts of their lives.
Currently using Caritas for my mom, who lives at Oaks at Alpharetta. Caritas has been amazing, I have no words for them. They are compassionate and professional and make the entire process as painless as they can. The constant contact from her staff (Laura & Les) has been phenomenal. They've handled all the paperwork regarding insurance and payment, and have just been overall amazing.
