This place is quiet and nice. The people here are really nice and there are different activities in the meeting room everyday . The most thing I like here is that I never lost package here and do not worry that I can let post office men left my package without signature. There is a nice little gym on the second door as well, so this place is both nice for old people and young people.

Carisbrooke is a safe, clean, and great apartment complex! I love the gym indoors and the secure building. We have a great apartment with a balcony and it's pretty quiet! It's very convenient to get to the highway and you can easily take Uber or Lyft to downtown Manchester.

Spacious apartments with awesome amenities! The fitness center is huge and there is a great area to hang out with your friends.

This property has some of the largest floor plans around for the price. It is close to everything and the covered parking price is so worth it!
These are Beautiful, newly renovated apartments for a great price, in a great location! The management is always very helpful and accommodating! Maintenance staff is very friendly, anything you need from maintenance or management is addressed and taken care of very quickly! The gym onsite is very clean and well maintained! Over all a great, quiet place to live and I would recommend to anyone!
Carisbrooke--- I loved the space during summer months. But the office staff will never get back to you, so you must chase her to get any answers. There is no blown insulation in the exterior walls of the 4 story tower because the project ran out of money before completion. Electric bill was over $400 just for the month of December, and this was with the heat at 65 degrees. Every year the rent increases and the fixtures, flooring, and counter tops look like new but they are cheap and damage extremely easily- for which of cour... read more
