Far higher priced than what you can find comparable in the area. It all looks nice on the surface, but when you move in you'll realize it was pretty cheaply done. The crappy paint literally will fall off the wall if you try to hang anything with something other than a nail. Washer/dryer is TINY, back-splash is fake, counters and appliances are cheap. friendly community with range of demographics: young professionals, families, retired folks. The management and staff continuously strive to meet and exceed expectations. Grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained.
High crime rate here you do not want to live in this area. JUST LIKE ANY OTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX- POOR MANAGEMENT. LOOKS GOOD ON THE OUTSIDE, BUT ONCE YOU ENTER THE BUILDING YOU SOON WILL CHANGE YOUR MIND. By the way the Pest Control company JP pest Services to be exact. is here on a weekly basis so beware. Just moved in, everything has been good so far. Good location, close to almost everything. Friendly dogs.
Just moved in a month ago and so far love the apartment. Jessica has been very prompt in answering any questions we have had about the apartment. The apartment looked great when we moved in and they did awesome remodeling. Also very nice to have a gym on site.

I haven't lived here for very long, but it's been very good so far! It's a good price for what you get. Our apartment looks to have been remodeled, and although you can still tell some of it is old, it looks pretty good overall. Jessica is great. Whenever we have questions or issues, she is quick and helpful in her responses. The gym could use some updating, but it still does the job. The puzzle and game rooms are also nice to have available to us!

I absolutely love living at Carisbrooke Apartments! My apartment is gorgeous, the atmosphere is quiet and the building is clean and cared for. The location is ideal for both commuters and for those that work local. The property management is attentive and prompt. I could not be happier having made the choice to call this place my home.
