I’ve been dealing with With Mr. William for a couple years now he’s one of the best doctors I ever came across. Does a lot of calls to check up on me and make sure I’m good. I recommend 10 out of 10.
Our ADHD evaluation with Dr. Ayana A. Walls was a nightmare. She showed up late, made me wait nearly 4 hours with no proper seating or WiFi, and sent me lengthy forms I had to complete from my car. The report took over 8 weeks, and during the feedback call, she made us read it ourselves with no clear explanation. When I asked for a simple summary, she was dismissive and entitled. What she told me as a professional in her field was outrageous. I left feeling more anxious and upset than when we started. Never again!
I would like to recognize "Lisa" today. I called in for an appointment, and was assisted by her. All I can say is that she is a model of professionalism, kindness, and compassion. Lisa listened to me and cared about my needs. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Caring Therapists of Davie are fortunate to have her, and I would like to offer commendations for her on this day. Thank you Lisa. You are greatly appreciated.
