Front staff is always rude! If they don’t like their jobs they should at least pretend or get a new job. Asked about formula samples and none of the people in the office knew what I was talking about except one lady. The nurse who gave shots was awfully slow at giving them. Tried to breast feed in the exam room to calm my baby after shots and the nurse told me I couldn’t. I had to hurry and get out because other patients needed to be seen. AWFUL, don’t recommend! We LOVE our now office, Premiere Pediatrics!

Was told over and over that my son had a viral infection just at 7 weeks old. Was told it would take 3 weeks to get over. We went back 5 times in the matter of those 3 weeks as he progressively got worse. The day of the 3 week mark I took him back in there and he couldn’t even catch his breath let alone cry. They gave him oxygen and a breathing treatment and he stopped breathing 9-1-1 was called and my kid had rsv but I was told over and over that the test came back negative when they tested them. Staff sucks. Dr Wilson is great, but don’t expect anything from the receptionists. They don’t know how to do their jobs and don’t seem to care to try and learn. Unfortunately, you have to deal with them for everything (obviously) even refilling medicine which they have to be called every few hours to be reminded to do..find a better place. Not worth it.
Been with Dr. Wilson and crew for 16 years. They are a remarkable, caring, and compassionate bunch.
Been here over a year! We Love it! They are so good with are son. Dr. Wilson and Beaker are the best! Definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
Dr. Wilson and staff take the time to listen to your concerns and are very accommodating with appointment scheduling.
I cannot imagine a better pediatric office for our family (3 young children) than Caring Pediatrics! The whole staff is wonderful. Knowledgable, accommodating and very supportive and respectful of our slightly "crunchier" choices. We hope to be with them until our children are grown! And maybe after, like that one episode of "Friends" where Ross still goes to his pediatrician as an adult ;-)
