Dandi Dinmont – These people know this rare breed of dog and the proper grooming and care necessary for a happy little 4 legged boy and his owner. I just wisi Joy could come to FL with me to give me grooming lessons.

Awesome care from Dr. David and his staff – I took my Shiloh to Dr. David for a skin condition. The girls in the front office were terrific with her. She was then taken to the back where they checked her skin, did some lab work, and had to express her anal glands. They also trimmed her nails. When I went back into the exam room, Dr. D. was sitting on the floor with Shiloh getting her used to him. My dog has fears against men as she was terribly abused before I got her. Dont judge a book by its cover – The place is not a luxurious resort. If you are the kind that gives your dogs bottled water, kisses them on the mouth, or lets them sleep between them and their spouse on the bed, this is probably not a place for you. For the rest of us who love our dogs (but maybe less than our kids) and who do not mind if the dog sleeps on the floor, well this place deserves your attention. Great Veterinarian – David Bernander, DVM is one of the best diagnosticians in the area. He loves his animals and the animals that he cares for. I have been using him for many years and trust only him with my surgeries. I have several cats and dogs. The bad review sounds like someone that must have worked for the clinic. ie, sour grapes. The building is an older building, but who cares? I take my pets there for the best veterinary care that my money can buy.

Great vet and staff – Dr. B is an excellent vet who also breeds great dogs. I've always been impressed with the time he spends explaining things to me and how gentle he is with the dogs. And, when I get my bill, I'm always amazed at how little he charges during these times. The facility isn't the most modern, but it's adequate and I appreciate the fact that it keeps my vet bills affordable for him to have lower overhead. Not a good place to board your babies! – I try to give every place the benefit of the doubt but this place is a bad place to board your pets. First off....I asked to see where my pets would stay...what a mistake!!! It looks worse than the local pound. It is an old dark buidling and they keep all the pets in the dark most of the time. It is soooo sad and dirty looking. I know most boarding facilities are not fancy but this one is plain awful. Awful Vet – Do not board your pets here. I boarded mine there for the first time over the 4th of July holiday and when I picked him up today he had filth and dirt on every leg, urine caked on the tops of his hind legs and his elbows are raw and swollen from where he was clearly not given a blanket to sleep on and instead had to sleep on the concrete floor. He looks like he has not been fed in 4 days and drank 3 bowls of water when we got home. The place itself is not nice and they clearly have no idea how to care for animals... read more
