I toured The Woodmark looking for a place for my mom. I heard about them from a friend of mine that had her mom there as was very happy with the care they provided. Julie, the sales director was very informative and helped my mom and I select the perfect apartment for her. We are both very excited and mom will be moving in soon.
Our Mother has been living here for over a year. We find the staff to be extremely helpful and very caring to the patients and their visitors. Always available to assist in any way they can. It's a new facility. The grounds and gardens are lovely. The rooms are clean and neat. Food is quite good. There is a private room for when a group of people come for a visit, so there is privacy. Please don't put your love one in this place. It looks like such a beautiful place but the staff is short. They expect 1 aide Or nurse to handle running all 4fls, The nurse on days never is around. She takes everything so lightly! Plese ask how many falls the residents have hCommissionplace is like a nursing home. The staff runs in and out. My mother was a resident of Greatwood Retirement for 5 1/2 years. She moved in when she was 90 and had a beautiful apartment overloking the lake. She had wonderful years living there.She enjoyed the freedom of living in a great place that was safe, that she didn't have to worry about anything, the meals were great, there were activities and a bus was available to take the residents shopping, to the doctor and on planned trips.

As a daughter of a mother who died on Feb. 11, 2010, she was a resident of Eagle springs for four years, was taken care of properly, until of death, when she took a fall which resulted in a broken arm injury, which was not properly diagonosed until cause of death was given.
