The almond milk chai is very good and the people there are very friendly and they use liquid chai mix there for people who like chai.
They do not know how to make a matcha green tea latte and cut you short of your drink so it is all just froth. The valley West coffee store knows how to make it 100 percent better.
Where did Andy go that worked there? Haven't seen him in three weeks.

It took them 3 times to get my mocha latte correct, and then blamed it on me. Won't be going back!
I love caribou but they need to have a better mix of experienced and new staff working at the same time. Coffee is fantastic though.
