Went to this Caribou this morning and was absolutely disgusted to find that someone had SPIT in my drink. I spit it out immediately and confirmed it wasn’t a mistake—an employee spit in it. This is vile, dangerous, and borderline criminal. Caribou needs to take this seriously—legal action is absolutely on the table. On Wednesday, July 30th at 1:05 PM, I ordered an Iced Berry White Mocha from this Caribou Coffee location through the drive-thru. I was the only vehicle in line, driving a black SUV. Upon receiving my drink, I discovered spit inside of it—something I was able to confirm after inspecting the contents. I am Somali, Black, and Muslim, and I am left horrified, deeply disturbed, and physically ill as a result of what I strongly believe was a targeted hate crime. I needed a XL sized pick-me-up to get me through my coursework today! Honey lavender oat milk latte hit the spot. Love this location, the staff are always so friendly.
I love this Caribou. It’s bright inside and I also like the outside option. The drive thru is easy to navigate compared to lots of other coffee places and the staff is always friendly. By far my favorite Caribou.
