Great atmosphere inside, but my order is unfortunately almost always made incorrectly.
Went to this Caribou this morning and was absolutely disgusted to find that someone had SPIT in my drink. I spit it out immediately and confirmed it wasn’t a mistake—an employee spit in it. This is vile, dangerous, and borderline criminal. Caribou needs to take this seriously—legal action is absolutely on the table. On Wednesday, July 30th at 1:05 PM, I ordered an Iced Berry White Mocha from this Caribou Coffee location through the drive-thru. I was the only vehicle in line, driving a black SUV. Upon receiving my drink, I discovered spit inside of it—something I was able to confirm after inspecting the contents. I am Somali, Black, and Muslim, and I am left horrified, deeply disturbed, and physically ill as a result of what I strongly believe was a targeted hate crime.
