It's pretty sad when multiple family members of the young women that work there feel the need to come and watch over the girls when there's a specific customer that keeps bothering them. How are these girls supposed to feel safe when he constantly harasses them, gives them his number when it's unsolicited, and will stare at them for an hour while buying nothing? This should have been put to an end from the beginning.
Guy that took my order couldn't be bothered to greet me or hand me my coffee while I was standing there waiting. Didn't even know my order was sitting on the counter for a hot minute. I don't think it's that much to ask considered I've worked customer service for 20 years and I greet every customer I have every day at my job.
Staff work hard and we’re very understanding when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. (For real - I didn’t know the matcha came default with vanilla.)
