This place has friendly staff and great food! If you don't drink coffee, they have other options. They also have dairy free options for anyone who is lactose intolerant.
I come to Caribou for a light roast. I ordered a light roast brew of the day (Guatemala) at 3pm. Took my first sip which tasted like the other coffee place. I went back to the counter, asked if there was a mix up. The response was, "oh sorry, I told them not to brew another pot and to give you what we had." Nothing I could do because the system asks for a tip before you have to walk to the counter to drink coffee you didn't want
This is the absolute BEST coffee I have ever had anywhere!! The food was really good too!!
I came to Grand Forks on the train and needed a spot to do work before a meeting. I am delighted that I chose this Caribou. It is clean, food and drinks are great, and the service was friendly and quick. The wifi is fast and it opens early.
