Not normally a reviewer, but had to comment on this one. No issues with the service - but the food quality is truly terrible here. If choosing between a quick option, choose this last. Food quality is bottom of the barrel & prices are still high.
I received my matcha with spoiled milk! Took two sips & noticed a weird smell. Smelt the drink and yup! Spoiled milk :(
The service was pretty rough…if you can’t handle taking orders maybe you shouldn’t be order taker. Just went through (nobody else in line at the time) and ordered 3 items; one drink was supposed to be a large-that didn’t get rung in. Another item was supposed to be a sandwich, which we were informed they were out of at the window. That’s fine but we asked what else they had since we’re not familiar with the menu and got ignored and just handed the handheld with the total for the drinks. Your app sucks..there is no connectivity near the store. I tried to order using the app...ended up at the window...STAFF WAS GREAT.
