I was so excited to see there was a caribou here in Georgia!! I was in there yesterday and recieved excellent service! The woman was very friendly and my turtle mocha was delicious! I have never had a bad experience. The store was very clean and although it was quite busy, our drinks were done fairly quickly. Thank you for everything! ❤️

The staff this morning was rather unpleasant. I ordered to dine in, and when my name was called, went to the bar. There were several orders sitting at the bar, so I waited until the barista had a moment and asked her politely if she had called my name for the order, so I didn't accidentally grab someone else's. She rudely told me that it had only been 3 minutes since I placed my order so no, it wasn't ready, and no she didn't call me. I said that my name has been called and that's why I was asking. I have been coming to this Caribou spot for over 19 years and have never been disappointed... Awesome service, expertise and coffee.

For some reason so many designer, hippee & hometown coffee shops serve coffee which tastes burnt. Caribou always tastes smooth. I also enjoy several of their pastry items...I haven't seen my favorite for a while though, the French Toast muffin, but I can always fund a nice substitute. Their only disappointment is that they aren't nation wide. I miss having them out my back door, I have to drive a couple hours. We'll worth it.
