I had been trying to refinance my auto loan for months, and finally was successful with MotoRefi. The process was simple and quick, and my loan officer, Terence, was incredibly helpful. He was kind and professional and explained everything to me from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to refinance a loan.
I would recommend MotoRefi to anyone. Ryan J answered my emails the same or next day and was extremely helpful. Ryan was knowledgeable and polite. I could not ask for a better experience and it saved me over $3000!. This all done and accomplished through the COVID-19 shut downs. Amazing!
I was approved, but after every little single form they asked, they told me I had to get premium rate insurance for the car in order for them to approve it. So, my insurance rate was $375 from $120 I pay every month. When I refinance I would of have saved about $2000. But paying $4500 in insurance every year. What do I save? -2000 I do not recommend this company at all. I asked them if they have other option, I just got a text and the say no!
