My loan officer, Richard Son, made the process easy peasy and updated me on each step. Definitely recommend.
They got the refinance done. Took way too long. Didn't talk about all the details up front. Told me 1 price and it was another. Added a extended warranty without talking to me. Over all not a bad company but I should have just went to my local credit union. Had to go to FedEx 3 times because they kept saying things were wong. Like my blue pen was too purple?
