Couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help me with my refinancing.
Applied for a Loan - they gave me some idiot Alex T******* who refused to send me the documents to look at. Then I write a letter to the CEO and no response except some guy calls me at 7pm -then continues to text me when I did not give him permission. Customer service a MINUS 100 stay away from them Lifetime value of a Client does not exist here

My review is good...the only thing I would have your Rep do is explain that there needs to be two (2) signatures notarized if the there is more than one person applying for the refinancing; as this was not done and I had to go back a second time to get the documents notarized.
Dan stone was very helpful and professional… he made the whole process of getting a new car loan fast and easy. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a car loan.
