The very first thing I did was read all the bad reviews, which sort of psyched me out but if I could pass just one piece of knowledge to anyone reading this, people will always have something bad to say about ANYTHING. Total SCAM. Was quoted a 2.24% actually turned out to be a 3.40% car refinance, when I went to docusign to sign is when the 3.40% showed.
I also refinanced my car through Carabou, working with loan officer Arthur S****. Mr. S**** was very pleasant to work with. He explained everything in detail and made the process very easy! I highly recommend working with loan officer Arthur S****! Shar B****
