My experience has been awesome!!! My loan officer, Dan, was/is wonderful. Even after we got things squared away, he continues (to this day) to answer my questions quickly and concisely. I have had such a great experience so far! My auto loan is refinanced with lower payments and a WAY lower interest rate - all with the help of Dan!! He went above and beyond to ensure I received a great deal and all the answers to every and any question I’ve had throughout. A+ customer service and an A+ refinance rate.

Let me start by saying, WOW! I was with a finance company who had the worst customer service, refused to work around hardships and had me at a 24.1 interest (they do not refinance).
