The loan approval process was good and they kept on following regarding the documents needed. It was Dominique B***** who was assisting me with the process and once he got the documents and loan is approved. The followup after the approval was a bit rough and when I tried to reach the guy regarding few questions on the post loan approval(as I was paying the current finance party and the previous one for more than a month) on phone it keeps on hitting his voicemail.
