MotoRefi is truly a great service. Couldn't have been easier a process. I tried to refinance in the past and it always ended up being difficult with other services. Not with MotoRefi. Very very satisfied.
Motorefi will attempt to force you into buying GAP insurance with this loan. After reviewing the final documentation before signing the payoff amount and new loan amount was $1,300. I found that they attempted to added $775 in GAP insurance to the loan terms. When I attempted to decline the GAP addendum, they tried to strong arm me into it. I declined the entire application.

Unfortunately I had negative experience for auto loan refinancing. The numbers on Web application was great and I have to "save ~$980" for my current Auto Loan. However, after providing all the requested documents, the final contract had higher monthly payment than I had before. Even with lower APR, they included some extra fees / coverage payments which was removed any "savings" due to my monthly payment for even longer period (+1 month) would be +$40.
