I thought this company was very easy to deal with. My refinance loan took about a week and a half to complete without any conditions. Plus I gave them whatever they asked for like past tax returns. I really wasn't aware of the $499 application fee which pissed me off, but I'm saving over $1700 in interest over the life of the loan. I went from $315 per month with 54 months remaining at a rate of 5.25% to a monthly payment of $425 for 36 months and interest rate of 2.99%.
