Was so excited to stay here but this has been the vacation from hell. Only day 2 and we are ready to Pack our stuff up and drive 11 hours back home. Room has NO air. They cannot fix it and want to move me and my family of 6 to a new room. There are cockroaches as big as my hand. Not exaggerating either. Credit card reader is down. ATM is out of money. Lazy river is down. Inside pool and gym are literal construction zones. Bar food cost us $200. All the good food and bars are 7 miles away. Will never stay here again.

We had such a great experience with Juan during our stay at Turquoise Place! He was so friendly, personable, and genuinely nice every time we saw him. He took care of our hot tub and was just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Honestly, Turquoise Place needs to hire Juan full-time! He clearly cares about doing a good job and interacting with guests, and people like that make a vacation even better. We really appreciated him and wanted to make sure he got the recognition he deserves!
This place use to be good but unfortunately it is a dump that I will never stay at here again. The major attraction the Lazy river was non-operational during our entire 8 day stay. The steam room was out of service and the Room. 1808D .where do I start. ..Light bulbs burned out in the kitchen, flooring in the master suite is coming apart and an attempt to repair was a failure.
