They sold my wife a lemon. On day three after purchasing a vehicle (a 2012 Kia Sedona), after charging a phone ALL of the dash lights came on and the car would not start. A mechanic friend told us that the battery terminals were incorrectly labeled, and we contacted Carhop to resolve the issue. The instance could not be recreated by the mechanics, so WITHOUT TESTING FOR ANY ISSUES, the car was returned to us as a fluke issue. I have held off on doing this, but . For the love of god stay away from this company. I bought a 2007 Jeep Liberty from them. They are charging me 16000 dollars for a car that is worth 1700 at best. the car I took home the first night. after getting it home. Did not reverse. I had to take that car back the next morning. . Sharri, Charley, Joseph and Cory are all amazing! They all helped me on different issues with insurance paying out my car and getting me into a new one!
