Dr Lindeman may be a good doctor but her staff & office is terrible. I dare anyone to call and try to speak to someone, receive a prompt call back, or to get any information. My 83 year old mother has suffered and needed oxygen badly. Her visit was 5 weeks ago and we have received no oxygen, feedback, or call backs as of this review - 5 weeks! I absolutely loved her. This was my first visit. She was so sweet and caring and unlike any other doctor I’ve had before, she listened!! I hope she stays around because she was nothing short of a blessing to me. I would highly recommend her. I don’t remember the MA that done my initial assessment but she was very sweet as well.
Always fantastic! I never mind going to the doctor when it is Jamie Cook. I trust her in all my health care needs. She is the best.
I decided to make Jamie Cook my primary physician # 1 I trust her! #2 she is such a sweet and caring person! #3 she is who she is every time I see her! So today way my first visit at her office and Jamie’s staff is a true representation of her, very sweet, caring, attentive, and encouraging! I love Dr. Lindemann! She is an amazing doctor, always on point and always provides both myself and my better half the best of care! In addition, all of her NPs are great and staff is wonderful as well! I highly recommend!
DON'T DO IT!!! After 2 years and a dozen missed diagnoses I finally had it! Her attitude is poor. Her apparent capabilities are null. If you need a Primary care physician this is NOT where to look!
I'm a patient of Dr. Lindemann's and have been for years. I used to be able to voice any concerns I had with Dr. Lindemann through the patient portal, but it must have changed, because I no longer have the ability to contact her with problems and concerns. Or maybe it's just me who can't send messages lol. Anyway, I miss it, because it was like a journal of my illness, whete I could track my progress or regression.
Worth the wait in the office. If I am waiting he is out saving a life just like he did mine. I am surprised anybody would complain about a doctors office with sick people in it especially when its where you can get the best care. I havent had a problem with my medicines and pharmacies other than normal. My previous provider asked me every time I went in which pharmacy I wanted and I told them clearly yet called every walmart around to find it. Never had that with Dr. Pokala.
Went and visited the office today the front was great all the way to the back! And of course Dr. Lindemann is the best ! Would highly recommended this provider and office . They even have a second location with two NPs as well an NP in the office with Dr Lindemann.
