After over 10 years,I quit going. Poorly trained & rude office staff, new excessive online forms, registrations, confirmations, check-ins, re-re-repeat filling in of personal info wore me out! Getting a prescription refill will take at LEAST 7-10 business days if you get it at all. And the voice recording is quick to say to not call a second time or it will delay that already excessive time! Dr. Lindemann has always had an excellent "bedside" manner. She listens to what I have to say and provides very caring responses whether it is a routine visit or if I am there with a health concern.
