When a medical office calls a patient on a Monday morning to tell them they have cancer, the office should not make the patient wait 8 days (and counting) to share the report & orders.Over a week now and no biopsy report has been added to the portal, no idea of tumor size/grade/etc, phone calls go unanswered, no way to set an appointment with an oncologist without this information. Absolutely cruel.

My care provider was the doctor and I was very happy with this, because usually, I have the physician assistant,so I was very happy to have the doctor.

I always feel comfortable talking to Dr. Lindemann. She is a caring and very competent doctor who actually listens and understands. Then proceeds to make a plan for treatment.
Dr. Lindemann always listens to me, and makes me feel "seen and heard" during my visits. She is very warm and compassionate.
