After over 10 years,I quit going. Poorly trained & rude office staff, new excessive online forms, registrations, confirmations, check-ins, re-re-repeat filling in of personal info wore me out! Getting a prescription refill will take at LEAST 7-10 business days if you get it at all. And the voice recording is quick to say to not call a second time or it will delay that already excessive time! Also, typical appointnent availability is weeks out, and the staff has told me for anything more "urgent" than waiting 3 weeks, I need ... read more
