i reached out to the company with a tough pet urine issue on my carpet. after talking on the phone with devin, we came up with a plan to deep clean the carpet and also replace the padding and tack board. devin explained everything really well and gave me the option to use waterproof padding for extra protection. when devin arrived and checked out the situation in person, we discussed it more and found a better solution that actually saved me about $300! devin didn't even charge me for returning the waterproof padding he had ... read more
