Pleasant reception. Prompt, professional attention to my problem and a positive outcome. Kind, considerate and positive attitude. So much better than Lahey ER.
The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable but it astounds me that a facility designed for urgent care doesn't have X-ray capability and has to send you two towns over to get imaging if you have a injury or need a chest X-ray. Don't call yourself urgent care if you can't provide it.
