This location has been very disappointing for patients with real medical needs. A medical office should offer reliability, respect, and accessible care—unfortunately, this location consistently falls short in all of these areas. Melissa Bhikham needs to choose another community to work in. With the lack of available physician hours, what purpose does she serve here? I like the bigger space. Witch that being said, try to get Dr. Andrews because the PA's tend to be unreliable. They'll prescribe a medication tell you to follow up but are never available for said follow up. And they won't complete your physical.

Respectfully, the attitude I received over the phone from the front desk Tiana, is absolutely unacceptable. I would like a phone number to speak to a supervisor or a manager because the disrespect and the way she was speaking is very rude. In no way should front desk handle a patient thats in need the way she did. I wish I spoke with Ashley instead of her.

Leaving prominis medical cause I thought it was a nightmare but CareWell medical is the worst PA runs blood work on me but don’t runs lipid panel after I told him. About my symptoms which is spasms I’m experiencing all he asked have you been tested for cholesterol have you checked for that I said no, but you the PA doing bloodwork on me shouldn’t be the first thing to check for and after our conversation he said see me in 3months They can’t give no medical advice or tell me what next steps or even offer me any treatments as ... read more
