I have been receiving services from Careway going on two years now. The first year was a little rocky but still was much better than the service I got from some other companies in the past. As time has gone on Careway has adapted to my needs. Particularly since they hired Nikki in the office, she goes the extra mile for the clients, makes sure the caregivers are as good a match as is humanly possible. She truly is the star on top and epitomizes the "care" in Careway. I hope the heads of Careway know what a gem she is.

She was the most human representative we have ever talked to not just one with canned responses. Nicky made us feel like we werent just friends. This company is absolutely amazing. I had 2 brain surgery's and a stroke in 2019. I went through 3 company's in a short time then found this company. I am currently in the hospital again after 2 spine surgeries and they have been been very helpful prior to this hospital visit and they have been even more helpful while I'm in the hospital.
