Clinical Director hung up on me during the course of my inquiries of 1) why staff was still calling my mother to setup appointments when my contact info was given from beginning conversation and during admission 2) why nothing less than 2-3 hour appointment windows could be offered and 3) asking when occupational therapy would be visiting (her computer screen wasn’t up, so she hung up then had her assistant call and tell me when occupational therapy would be arriving). For the most part I have been satisfied with the workers. However, there seems to be a problem with the office notifying clients when they're running late or for schedule changes. This last appointment I was called and TOLD, not asked, "**** is coming to your house Monday what time can she come?" Ok, since it was put that way we scheduled a time, I just happened to be off work that day. That time came and went and I never got a call. I hired this company to care for my dad. 4 hrs evertother day. Friday I recieved no call about Sat worker. So I called Stacie told me they didn't have anyone lined up. So she was going to work on sat. I got the call Sat morning that she was on her way. On Monday no one showed up. So I called Stacie who again told me they were doing the best they can & would call me when she has someone. I am acutely ill & without any family help. I need good reliable people NOW! These people were assigned my mother as a client. She is elderly and disabled. She has cats. Numerous aides have refused to give her care due to her pets in the home. And Stacy Wilson, one of their schedulers, doesn't have a handle on scheduling her aides nor her customer service skills. This agency is subpar with tending to clients assigned to them. Absolutely horrible.
