In fact, I just put my college-age daughter on Dr Wesley's wait list. My daughter is having a few medical concerns. She is adopted from China. We have no family medical history, but I know Dr Wesley would listen, run necessary test, and get to the root of the issue to solve the problem..also, I had several follow up questions after my appointment, and Dr Wesley answered them quickly and thoroughly. She is an excellent doctor!
Dr Wesley goes above and beyond many doctors I've seen. She listens to my concerns and questions. Very much appreciated! She clearly explains and answers any question or concerns. She doesn't rush or out me off. She is THE BEST!
Dr Caresse Wesley is the sweetest most professional doctor. She is hard to get in to see because so many people love her but she’s worth the wait. She’s a Christian and I love having her as my doctor. She is up to date on some of the latest treatments. Her nurse Gina is great too. I can’t imagine anyone complaining about them.
I've been a patient for about 3 years. Dr. W was recommended by a family member. I was very pleased that she listens and tries to find the root cause of my problems rather than prescribing a medication without knowing the root cause of the symptoms. She gives you the tools you need to take charge of your own health and you have to be willing to do the work. It is hard to find physicians like this unfortunately. That is why she has a long wait list.
Called Dr. Wesley's office after moving here to Lexington with a headache that spanned four days. I was told that I would need to schedule an intake appt. first, and after that, they would be happy to schedule an appointment to address my headache a week from the completion of that intake exam. When asked if they couldn't address both the intake AND the headache in the same visit, I was told 1) no; and 2) the number for an urgent care facility. Sorry to have to describe my and family members’ similar poor experiences with Dr. Wesley. This doctor is arrogant, rude, self-focused, cold. Poor listener; cares less. Very minimal new patient physical exam. Shows obvious aversion to getting near or touching patients in normal medical exam setting, led to negligence in treatment. Records unorganized; can never remember my history. Not clear or thorough in treatment instructions. Mistakes. Wrong diagnoses. Her skills are amazing. She cares about the real medical problem not just treating symptoms. Her knowledge of the the human body, how it works, and how to keep it healthy is like nothing I have ever seen. If you want treatment that provides effective results she is great!
She’s always been very friendly and helpful to me. Overall I’m very satisfied and have been going to her for years.
