If I could give 0 stars I would!? Worse agency me nd my mom been to, they’re disrespectful and they don’t even know the ins and outs of their own job. I tried to call to clock in and it wasn’t working I called to find out why and apparently they guess was as good as mine as I was otp with a employee she kept saying the same thing over and over again they’re incompetent and just weird don’t go here I literally talked with the lady who switches our agency’s and we’re leaving Friday
This is my 2nd review of caresify. I felt as tho everything was great with them except my issue of not getting paid, my 1st paycheck. Once word got to management, they did their best to correct it immediately. I was called on a Sunday and the gentleman worked diligently to rectify the situation. Now fast forward about 3 weeks.. AGAIN... NO PAY. No warning. no nothing. I work my butt off. I work over the hours I'm supposed to work. I clock in n out on time, even when i stay n work off the clock.
